    30 in 1:00
        5 pull-ups
        10 push-ups
        15 air squats
        rest

        when the goal is not reached
            stop every minute on the minute

score @reps (the higher the better)

The athlete should do 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 air-squats in the minute. continue for 30 rounds or until he failed to complete the reps within the minute. The score is the total of reps.
